Service Description

Our initial consult for new clients comes at a higher rate - let me tell you why. There are three components to the initial consult. 1. Medical history. Your pet's medical history is an integral part of his/her current health status. When you book an initial consult with me, I request medical records from your previous vet. I will take the time to read through every page of these records to get a better understanding of your pet's current health status and how best to approach going forward. 2. Meeting the pet guardians. Our in-home consultation begins with YOU. We will work together to get a better understanding on your ideal approach to wellness - would you like a strictly Western approach, a predominantly Eastern approach or a mix? We will work together to get a better understanding of how to approach wellness to ensure we are successful. 3. Your pet(s). Our initial consult will include a comprehensive physical examination. I will assess your pet from nose to toes and together we can decide if/what next steps are necessary. *This is a one-time fee charged to every new client regardless of number of pets ** This fee does NOT include house-call booking fee *** Tax is not included
